    Google Integration

Import contacts one way from Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Google Forms into a Simply Send subscription group. Each import is a Sync, not a CSV upload. Google access is read-only. Consent stays in Simply Send.

    Overview

From Integrations, open Contacts, Sheets, or Forms. Connect your Google account, choose the source under From Google, choose the destination under To Simply Send, then Sync.

    Google Contacts

Select contact groups and Sync. No field mapping.

    Google Sheets

Select a spreadsheet and sheet, map columns, then Sync. Email or phone is required.

    Google Forms

Select a form, map questions, then Sync. Email or phone is required.

    How it works

All three imports follow the same path.

    1. 1Connect. Open the integration page and connect Google. Simply Send requests read-only access. Gmail is not used as the sending path.
    2. 2From Google. Choose the source: contact groups, a spreadsheet and sheet, or a form.
    3. 3To Simply Send. Choose the subscription group that should receive the imported contacts.
    4. 4Consent. Use Mark as subscribed or Mark as unsubscribed before you Sync.
    5. 5Sync. Simply Send pulls contacts one way. Large Sheets and Forms imports can continue in the background.

    Google Contacts

After you connect, turn on the groups to import. Simply Send maps Google contact fields for you. Then choose a subscription group and Sync.

    • Select one or more contact groups
    • No column or question mapping
    • Imported contacts stay if you disconnect

    Google Sheets

Select a spreadsheet, then a sheet. Map each contact field to a column. Map email or phone — the other can stay unmapped. Custom attributes can be mapped the same way.

    • Select a spreadsheet and sheet
    • Map columns to contact fields
    • Large imports run in the background

    Google Forms

Select a form. Map each contact field to a form question. Map email or phone — the other can stay unmapped. Then choose a subscription group and Sync.

    • Select a form
    • Map questions to contact fields
    • Large imports run in the background

    Disconnect

Disconnect removes the Google connection. Contacts already imported stay in Simply Send.

Use Disconnect on the integration page when you no longer need Google access.
